Who handles information
Novio Group operates Signal Ledger and handles its customer and inquiry records. Correspondence: 17/18 East bay Street, Nassau, Bahamas. For privacy questions or requests, email support@signalledgerbriefs.com with the subject Signal Ledger privacy.
Website visits and inquiries
This website has no advertising analytics, newsletter signup or contact form installed by Signal Ledger. Hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, request logs and security information. The inquiry button opens your email app; you decide whether to send. We receive the name, email address, message and attachments you provide and use them to answer your inquiry and discuss service fit. Please send public business links only, not passwords, payment-card details, confidential customer records or sensitive personal information.
Customer records and research
For service delivery we use agreed competitor URLs, research questions, delivery recipients, schedules, correspondence, reports, subscription status and billing references. Our evidence ledger records public-source URLs, observation times, extracts, hashes and research notes. Research and correspondence may be processed with AI assistance for analysis and drafting. Do not send private source credentials; the standard service does not require them.
Service providers
The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites. We use Zoho Mail for branded email and Zoho Billing with a connected Stripe gateway for subscriptions. OpenAI tools assist research and operations. Relevant information is processed by these providers for their respective functions. Card details belong in the secure payment form, never in email. Processing may occur outside your country; this service does not promise local-only storage or zero retention. Provider handling is described in their privacy notices linked below.
How long information is kept
We keep records for the purposes they support: handling an active inquiry, delivering and supporting a subscription, resolving disputes, maintaining required financial records and honoring opt-outs. Retention depends on the record and applicable requirements; cancellation does not immediately erase billing records or delivered reports. Provider backups and logs may follow separate retention periods. We do not promise immediate deletion from provider backups.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us to access, correct or delete information we hold about you by emailing support@signalledgerbriefs.com. We may need to verify your request and explain records that must be retained. To stop marketing, reply unsubscribe or email hello@signalledgerbriefs.com with subject Unsubscribe. We keep a minimal suppression record to honor that choice. Visiting this site does not subscribe you to marketing. Depending on applicable law, additional rights and a right to complain to a relevant data-protection authority may apply.
Updates
We will update this notice when our handling changes. The date and version identify the notice in effect. Contact us if a proposed use of your information is unclear before you provide it.
