Agree the scope before subscribing
The monthly service covers one customer brand, up to five named competitors and 20 agreed public pages, four research briefs per monthly billing cycle, and one monthly comparison refresh. We agree the watchlist, delivery recipients, start date and delivery dates in writing before billing begins. A calendar month with five weeks does not add a fifth included brief. Scope additions require a separate agreement; there are no automatic overages. An inquiry alone does not create a subscription.
Price and renewal
USD499 per month, with no VAT added. There is no setup fee or annual commitment. The subscription renews monthly until canceled. Review the total and billing details at checkout. Subscribe only after your scope and delivery start date are confirmed.
Canceling
Email billing@signalledgerbriefs.com with the subject Signal Ledger cancellation before your next renewal. Identify your subscription using your billing email; do not send card details. We will confirm the effective cancellation date and paid-through date. You can keep and use the reports already delivered. Cancellation stops future renewal; any unfinished work in the paid period is handled under the delivery policy below.
Delivery and remedies
Briefs are delivered to the agreed recipients on the agreed dates. If we miss a delivery, contact support@signalledgerbriefs.com. We will agree a revised date or a credit/refund for the undelivered portion. If we cannot provide the agreed service, we will stop future renewals and resolve prepaid undelivered work. Nothing here removes rights that apply by law.
What the research can establish
Briefs distinguish observed facts, analysis and unresolved questions. Failed source checks stay visible. A baseline is an initial observation, not evidence of a historical change. AI assists research and drafting; included claims are checked against their sources. This is periodic research, not continuous monitoring, emergency support or a guarantee of detecting every change. Private accounts, access-control circumvention and customer-record analysis are outside the standard scope.
Using your reports
You may use delivered analysis internally and adapt it for your business. Third-party material remains subject to its owners’ rights. Verify important claims before publishing competitor comparisons or making decisions. Do not remove a qualification that changes a claim’s meaning. We do not promise increased revenue, conversions or any particular business outcome.
Changes and records
We will notify you before a material price or service change takes effect and allow cancellation before the new charge. Editing this website does not retroactively change an accepted order. The agreed scope and terms version are retained with the subscription record.
